How to see delivery charges
Login to your InstaShipin account. Click Payments tab.

It’s exactly like your prepaid mobile account. You can top up your account balance through online payment and use it to avail shipping services. You can always view your current account balance on the InstaShipin app and recharge before it gets exhausted.
InstaShipin has a wallet facility that you can recharge either by online payment or, if you choose so, from your collected COD amount. For financial transparency and ease of accounting, we maintain your wallet and COD account heads totally separate.
Yes. Both the prepaid and postpaid accounts work based on the wallet concept. The difference is that unlike in prepaid, postpaid account allows for negative balance in wallet.
As a policy, we do not provide credit limit. Nevertheless, for our regular customer we provide 15 days credit period for monthly billing.
